This is a hidden gem. You feel like you're in the country—peaceful and lots of land—but it's so convenient to town (took us 8 min. to get to Strahan Auditorium on crowded graduation weekend). It was quite spacious for a 2 bed/1 bath and the beds were comfy. I'd definitely stay here again!

My sister and I had a great long-term stay. The house was in a very beautiful and peaceful area. We enjoyed watching the deer in the mornings and evenings. It was very easy to get into downtown San Marcos. We had plenty of space for the two of us, and we both work from home. Beds were very comfortable. Overall, we would recommend!

Its a great place. It was quiet and very big. Drinking coffee and watching the deer in the morning out the front window was so nice. Definitely will be coming back! Don’t worry though it’s close enough to town and everything you need or want to do.
